El Ministro Soria se consolida como el peor ministro de la democracia española.
El Ministro Soria continúa ocupando el primer puesto en el top ten de los ministros más perniciosos de la democracia española. Las marionetas políticas en manos del Oligopolio eléctrico, es lo que tienen y lo que consiguen...

 Según la Unión Europea el Estado español va a tener que afrontar el pago de importantes indemnizaciones por las políticas retroactivas llevadas a cabo con las energías renovables, comprometiendo el cumplimiento déficit público y con el agravante de provocar la posibilidad volver a sumir a la economía española en una nueva crisis.  

La opinión de Bruselas sobre la nueva reglamentación es su retroactividad en el más alto grado ya que afecta a situaciones consolidadas de periodos anteriores. Bajo su opinión puede afectar igualmente de forma negativa tanto al déficit tarifario como al déficit público ya que en lugar de ser reducidos pueden conllevar el pago de importantes compensaciones por las demandas presentadas por las empresas afectadas. Por otra parte desde la Unión Europea se barajan posibles sanciones contra España cuyo coste tampoco ha sido tenido en cuenta por el Gobierno español.

Además de los numerosos recursos de  inconstitucionalidad presentados por gobernantes autonómicos del mismo partido que nuestro inútil, ignorante y pernicioso Ministro Soria, España es el país que en los últimos tiempos más demandas ha recibido en las cortes de arbitrajes internacionales (8 de 21).
